Polyacrylamide Products
I. Anionic polyacrylamide
This product is a polyelectrolyte based on acrylamide monomer and its copolymer, and is a water-soluble linear polymer. At present, the company's products are divided into two categories: copolymerization and homopolymerization to meet the needs of different markets.
The main purpose
1. Coal washing, sand washing, ceramics, steel mills and other industrial circulating water and wastewater treatment
2. Drinking water treatment
3. Recovery of lost starch and distiller's grains in starch factories and alcohol factories
4. Papermaking additives
5. Oilfield chemical drilling and oil production additives
6. Profile control water blocking agent
7. Adhesive glue for incense making
8. Engineering mud dehydration
II. Cationic polyacrylamide
This product adopts continuous polymerization process and is made of cationic monomer and acrylamide. It is a linear polymer with high molecular weight and excellent solubility. It has the advantages of stable quality and wide application range.
The main purpose
1. Municipal greening: settlement and clarification of municipal raw water and sewage; concentration and dehydration of municipal sludge.
2. Sewage treatment: Wastewater treatment in industries such as papermaking, electroplating, printing and dyeing, tanning, food processing, metallurgy, petrochemical, sugar refining, and mineral processing.
3. Industrial production: In the papermaking process, it is used as an important additive for paper dry strength, retention and drainage, etc., which can save costs and improve paper quality and output.
4. Oilfield application: In oilfield operations, it is used as an oilfield chemical agent, such as cationic clay stabilizer, acidizing fracturing thickener, etc.
III. Nonionic polyacrylamide
The product is a linear polymer with high molecular weight and low degree of hydrolysis. This product is made of homopolymerized acrylamide. Because of its special group, it has the functions of flocculation, dispersion, lubrication, thickening, bonding, film formation and gelation.
The main purpose
1. Sewage treatment: When the sewage is in an acidic system, the application effect of this type of finished product is the best, such as: acidic coal washing tail water treatment, phosphate rock tail water treatment and wet process phosphoric acid purification, etc.
2. Metallurgical beneficiation: manganese ore selection; copper, lead, zinc, phosphate ore flotation; bauxite composition agglomeration. The product plays the role of accelerating solid-liquid separation in mineral flotation.
3. Textile industry: configured with other chemicals to form a chemical slurry, which is applied to textile or chemical fiber sizing to improve permeability and antistatic properties of products.
4. Oilfield application: mix with cross-linking agent to prepare profile control agent for high temperature oil recovery. Water retention and sand prevention: combined with bentonite, it can be used as soil water retention and sand fixation agent.
IV. Emulsion polyacrylamide
This product is our company's high-efficiency and high-content liquid flocculant, which adopts the advanced technology of water-in-oil, and is polymerized in the medium of oil with the help of W/O emulsifier. Compared with traditional products, it is instant and applicable to a wide range of pH , high charge stability, good flocculation effect, less dosage, multi-functional and so on.
The main purpose:
1. Sewage treatment: Sludge removal in urban sewage, industrial wastewater, fruit grain and oil processing wastewater treatment.
2. Oilfield application: Drilling mud coating agent; cooperate with surfactant and demulsifier to treat oily wastewater in oilfield operations.
Paper industry: used as a retention and drainage aid in the production of various paper products such as newsprint, cultural paper, and cardboard paper.
V. How to use
The usual dosage of polyacrylamide is 0.1% to 0.4% for fresh/ saturated salt water water
VI. Transportation and storage
The product should be protected from sun, rain, and packaging damage during transportation; the shelf life is one year.
