I. Product IntroductionJYW series products are non-permeable drilling fluid additives produced by our factory to replace FLC2000 and LCP2000 produced by American Petroleum Corporation, and their performance indicators have reached or exceeded similar foreign products.Non-permeable drilling fluid can effectively prevent formation hydration and expansion, seal formation bedding fissures, prevent lost circulation, improve pressure-sensitive formation pressure bearing capacity, prevent well wall collapse, prevent the migration of clay particles in the formation, and protect oil and gas layers.JYW-1 is composed of natural polymers, partially water-soluble and fully water-soluble synthetic organic polymers and insoluble metal oxides. It has high thermal stability, can simplify solid control equipment, and can resist salt pollution. Replaces many fluid loss control additives in oil-based muds.JYW-2 is a non-bridging material plugging mud product made of several mixed polymers, flakes, fibers and granular materials, which can prevent mud from penetrating into the lost zone. Shear thickening plugging, after entering the leakage zone to a sufficient depth, the rheological frictional resistance is greater than the formation pressure, and stops moving forward, which is a non-permanent plugging, so it can be used in production layers.

III. How to use

It can be made into glue or directly added to the circulating mud, the recommended dosage: 0.5-1.0% for JYW-1 type. JYW-2 type is 0.8-1.5%.
