Strong Anti-balling Agent KSZJ-1 For Drilling Fluid

I. Product Introduction

KSZJ-1 strong anti-balling agent is synthesized and modulated by various surfactants, animal and vegetable oils, mineral oils, emulsifiers, organic cations, etc. It can effectively inhibit the hydration and expansion of cuttings, prevent the bit from being bagged, and reduce the the friction between the drill bit and the rock, and the drilling fluid additive to improve the cutting speed of the drill bit. Adding this additive to water-based drilling fluid can form a hydrophobic film on the drill bit and the drill shaft through circulation, thereby preventing the adhesion of the shale formation on the drill bit and the drill shaft, and improving the cleanliness of the drill bit teeth. The lubricity of drilling fluid is increased, the torque is reduced, and the drilling speed is significantly improved and increased during drilling. This product is non-toxic and does not pollute the environment.

IV. Usage and Dosage

1. For drilling fluids with a density lower than 1.25g/cm, the dosage should be ≤0.3% to 1.0%;

2. For drilling fluids with a density higher than 1.25g/cm, the dosage should be ≤0.5% to 2.0%;

3. Adding method: Add evenly into the well slurry through the feeding pump (at least one cycle).
