I. Overview
The dynamic plugging agent is an innovative modified new material product made of organic and inorganic materials. For high-density micro-crack leakage formations, this product has good fluidity with the slurry, and can make it enter the gap with the help of the temperature of the leakage layer. The organic components of the deep lost circulation plugging agent are cross-linked to achieve a stagnant and bonded state, and the lost zone is blocked. It not only has the performance of ordinary plugging agents while drilling only relying on particle filling to seal the lost gap, but also has the effective bonding of the cementitious sand grains and the fracture wall of the formation can achieve the effect of preventing leakage and sealing the lost layer.

III. Product application
This product is suitable for water-based mud.
When using dynamic lost circulation agent, if it is used as anti-leakage while drilling, the concentration used is 2%-3% of the well fluid. However, as the well fluid is consumed, it needs to be replenished in a timely manner, for example, 5% dynamic plugging agent is added when configuring new base fluid, and it is circulated and supplemented into the well fluid. If it is used as bridge slurry for plugging and plugging, firstly, 6%-8% dynamic plugging agent and other plugging materials with different particle sizes are used as plugging slurry; secondly, 5% dynamic plugging agent is added to circulating well mud as The prefluid for squeezing and plugging enters the leakage layer circulation in advance. The combined use of the two aspects will greatly increase the success rate of plugging.
IV. Packaging and storage
This product can be packaged in a three-in-one composite packaging bag lined with a polyethylene film bag, with a net weight of 25 kg per bag; it can also be determined according to user requirements. The product should be placed in a dry, ventilated and cool place. Storage and transportation should be handled as non-toxic and non-flammable products. During storage and transportation, moisture, heat and package damage should be prevented.
